Job description

A U.S.-based company revolutionizing the Fintech industry with innovative products that enable users to build and grow their wealth is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The selected candidate will be in charge of improving the engineering standards, tooling, and processes. The company is building a comprehensive platform that enables users to invest in top-quality crypto, venture capital, hedge fund, and private equity. The company has managed to raise more than $5 mn during their Seed round. This job offers a great chance for candidates to prove their mettle and move quickly up the ranks. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and fix bugs in the application
  • Build scalable engineering solutions in collaboration with product and engineering teams
  • Analyze and improve the applications' performance
  • Handle end-to-end solutions and work with a wide range of technologies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps engineer
  • Extensive experience working with Python and Docker
  • Familiarity with Flask, SQL Alchemy, and AWS
  • Expertise with distributed systems will be a plus
  • Knowledge of Design patterns and CI/CD is a bonus
  • Proficiency in Unit testing and PostgreSQL will be nice to have
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
