Job description

A rapidly-growing company on a mission to build an innovative platform for digital transformation is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for building infrastructure for remote software upgrades and carrying out infrastructure remote diagnostics. The U.S.-based company is determined to revolutionize the communication and IT industry with state-of-the-art products and solutions. Job Responsibilities:

  • Successfully deploy code to production with a high level of automation, code coverage, and monitoring
  • Design and build infrastructure for the cloud platform
  • Promote automations in line with security and cost compliance
  • Writing secure code for cloud and premise deployments managed from the cloud

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant Kubernetes/EKS experience
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong understanding of AWS and Kubernetes (k8s) and infrastructure automation
  • Experience in automating for logging and monitoring 
  • Knowledge of databases and AWS infrastructure
  • Competency in CI/CD systems and writing CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience writing Kubernetes operators would be a plus
  • Expertise in writing code in Golang/Python
  • Strong interest in systems and infrastructure automation and management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
