Job description

A U.S.-based company on a mission to revolutionize the healthcare industry with advanced technical solutions is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of writing automation tests, understanding requirements, building solutions, delivering functionality, and constructing continuous delivery pipelines. The company is addressing inefficiencies and unmet needs in healthcare using advanced technology. This will be a full-time position requiring some overlap with the PST time zone. This role could lead to long-term opportunities. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage cloud compute services within the company’s platform 
  • Create code that is efficient and scalable while meeting business requirements
  • Test the UI to ensure proper device/browser rendering
  • Communicate progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Own and design orchestration for builds and tests to ensure efficient workflows
  • Maintain and integrate GitHub workflows to CI/CD systems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps engineer
  • Experience setting up CI/CD systems for the engineering team
  • Prolific experience with DevOps and Cloud
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
