Job description

An NYSE-listed company providing legaltech solutions by applying AI and cloud computing solutions to help lawyers and legal teams improve legal outcomes is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The engineer will be assisting the existing team with automating the backup and recovery plans. The company is empowering lawyers to apply human legal judgment to their legal matters. The company has managed to raise more than $200mn in funding so far. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and deliver DevOps processes and automation tools
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of developers to architect cutting-edge solutions
  • Keep track of the system health to analyze performance bottlenecks
  • Develop and enforce scalable processes for ensuring high availability of systems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps engineer or SRE function
  • Solid AWS development and deployment knowledge
  • Experience in Azure/GCP is a plus
  • Demonstrable experience utilizing industry-standard build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity in setting up CI/CD pipeline to facilitate development team and Cloud Infra deployment
  • Ability to build a secure and scalable microservice platform to support application stability and consistency
  • Familiarity with Monitoring & Alerting tools is a plus 
  • Python and Linux shell scripting experience is nice to have
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS DevOps 
  • Prolific experience in Terraform, Cloudformation, Jenkins, GitHub, and (JASON, YAML)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes 
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud platform is a plus 
  • Prior experience in CI/CD pipelines 
  • Experience in Ansible and AWS Lambda is preferred
  • Experience in MySQL, postgreSQL,NoSQL,Elasticsearch and Kafka 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
