Job description

A US-based company that provides shopping cart management systems for offline retailers, is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The selected candidate will be working with other software developers, business process owners as well as analysts to implement the CRM Solutions. The company keeps its client's resources on the property while preventing shoplifter confrontations and safeguarding the journey of the paying customer. The company has managed to successfully raise close to $5.5 mn in funding.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Automate the software builds and release configurations 
  • Design and build scalable, well-documented stacks 
  • Troubleshoot errors and fix bugs in the software using a holistic, test-oriented approach  
  • Fix bugs and troubleshoot errors 
  • Look for failures and facilitate quick resolutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Knowledge of Cloud Data Lake, Microsoft Virtual Connector, and SQL
  • Knowledge of building visualizations
  • Familiarity with Azure and GCP
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Field Service, and Field Service Mobile App solutions
  • Experience with data integration/synchronization between Dataverse and Virtual entities 
  • Knowledge of both OData and SQL Server virtual connectors and ERP Databases like Dynamics NAV/Business Central
  • Strong understanding of MS Dynamics CRM Architecture 
  • Prior experience in XRM applications by using custom code/plugin platforms/Business Process Flow/Workflow/.NET 
  • Experience using C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, JSON, CRM SDK, T-SQL, and APS.NET
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Good problem-solving skills and creativity
  • Must be a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Proficiency in English
