Job description

A fast-growing company on a mission to retract the complexity out of automated calls is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and configuring cloud infrastructure components. The US-based company is building an AI-powered communications platform that enables businesses to use human emotions and behavioral insights to create unique consumer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable deliverables
  • Assist in developing metrics and KPIs for quantifying the quality of product and development efficiency
  • Help in designing, developing, and improving CI/CD pipelines
  • Must be well-versed with processes like source code control management, troubleshooting, debugging, and more
  • Conduct thorough architectural code reviews as well as validation, code deployment, etc.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers and share feedback for ensuring impactful results

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps engineer
  • Should be well-versed in Azure DevOps processes
  • Expertise in working with C# and .NET Core will be an advantage
  • Proven experience working with languages like Python, Ruby, Java, Go, Perl, etc
  • Must be able to work with technical tools including Jenkins, Travis, etc
  • Expertise in working with database technologies, release management solutions, REST, SRE, and more is essential
  • Professional experience of working with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker
  • Thorough understanding of the Node.js ecosystem, including API development, Typescript, libraries, more, will be helpful
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred
  • Familiarity with software security methods and version control systems like Git is preferable
  • Understanding of critical DevOps concepts and Agile principles will be helpful
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
