Job description

A US-based company that offers shopping cart management systems for traditional brick-and-mortar retailers is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The engineer will be helping the existing team to build a theft prevention IoT device. The company engages in loss prevention while focusing on elevating the customer's shoppers experience. The company has managed to securely raise $5mn+ in funding so far.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on the deployment customization and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in the enterprise
  • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and business process owners to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions
  • Integrate and transform data from reporting departments, institutions, or third parties
  • Manage and facilitate the control of data and information throughout 
  • Integrate existing systems and services into the Dynamics 365 CRM architecture
  • Enhance and extend current systems to cover newer business, reporting, compliance, or risk requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Field Service and Field Service Mobile App solutions
  • Prolific experience with DevOps and ERP
  • Nice to have some experience working with T-SQL and jQuery
  • Experience with data integration/synchronization between Dataverse and Virtual entities (both OData and SQL Server virtual connectors – ERP Databases such as Dynamics NAV/Business Central)
  • Strong experience in SQL DB, SQL On-prem, and Microsoft Virtual Connector
  • Thorough understanding of MS Dynamics CRM Architecture and experience in XRM applications by using custom code/plugin platforms/Business Process Flow/Workflow/.NET using C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, JSON, CRM SDK, and APS.Net
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Good problem-solving skills and creativity
