Job description

A HIPAA-compliant cloud-based multi-tenant application with multiple VPCs and AZ's running is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The selected candidate will be expected to autonomously implement given ideas and guidelines. The company's advanced technology delivers solutions that eliminate friction points in patient encounters and create end-to-end clinic efficiencies. They have managed to raise $8mn+ in funding during their Series A round. This will be a full-time, long-term position that requires 4+ hours overlap with the PST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate technical issues to technical, non-technical, and management teams
  • Stay updated with the latest technological developments
  • Support and collaborate a global cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies
  • Collaborate and coach global developers to iterate on best practices to increase the quality and velocity of deployments
  • Write unit tests and build reusable codes and libraries for future use 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Demonstrable experience working with Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform 
  • Must be highly independent and able to complete tasks autonomously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
