Job description

A cloud-based, real-time communications platform established in the United States that uses proprietary technology to make communication more engaging is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The engineer will be working closely with the Director of Cloud Development and other software development leaders to help ramp up the platform. The company's advanced technology enables businesses to improve collaboration, customer interaction, and workflows. This role requires some overlap with the EST/PST time zones.  

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and work on efficient CI/CD process
  • Build end-to-end agile DevOps based software service development life cycle with end to end automation 
  • Automate build, test, release, deployment workflows
  • Support cloud deployment in production, staging, and various dev/QA instances
  • Work with development teams across multiple organizations to drive automation, establish software standards, service modularity, testing standards, and deployment/management of microservices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps engineer
  • 3+ years of experience working with automated and managed labs
  • 3+ years of experience working with Kubernetes
  • Prior experience working with Jenkins and APIs
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent in conversational and written English
