Job description

A US-based entertainment and events platform that deals with event marketing, ticketing, analytics, and advertising, is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The developer will be responsible for identifying features with performance impact and tackling complex issues. Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze new code and performance impact in the database
  • Contribute to the database optimization and performance benchmarking tasks
  • Optimize things at scale, and find performance bottlenecks
  • Ensure the team is following standard engineering practices and using the best infrastructure

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps engineer
  • Prolific skills working with AWS 
  • Familiarity with PHP is nice to have
  • Ability to spot flaws in code that can lead to vulnerability
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
