Job description

A US-based entertainment and events platform that deals with event marketing, ticketing, analytics, and advertising, is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The developer will be responsible for identifying features with performance impact and tackling complex issues. The company provides superior technology and innovation in marketing tickets while offering customers several sophisticated features and incentives for using the platform. Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze new code and performance impact in the database
  • Contribute to the database optimization and performance benchmarking tasks
  • Optimize things at scale, and find performance bottlenecks
  • Ensure the team is following standard engineering practices and using the best infrastructure

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps engineer
  • Prolific skills working with AWS 
  • Familiarity with PHP is nice to have
  • Ability to spot flaws in code that can lead to vulnerability
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
