Job description

A fast-growing company in the Fintech industry is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer. The engineer will be working with a cloud native company and helping to build their key infrastructure foundations and drive forth the product development. The company focuses on helping Fintech companies to quickly and safely overcome infrastructure challenges and streamline complex customer identity decisions. This is a unique opportunity for the developer to work with industry veterans and make an impact on the company culture while expanding their skills.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build cloud infrastructure foundations on top of AWS
  • Take charge of and maintain the infrastructure automation, configuration management, CI/CD jobs and observability
  • Provide the product team with predictable and observable mechanisms to rapidly deploy and release new features
  • Provide method and tech design and development capabilities related to the deployment, release, and operation of all the software components
  • Contribute to the deployment architecture definitions and will incrementally evolve it based on operational level agreements
  • Integrate robust software development practices as the rest of the engineering team

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of relevant DevOps engineering experience
  • Experience working with Terraform, Gitlab CI, Docker, K8S and AWS
  • Nice to have a sound understanding of anti-malwares, Firewalls and intrusion prevention technologies
  • Prior experience working with programming languages or scripting will help to better navigate the technical landscape
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
