Job description

A U.S.-based electronic vehicle manufacturer, advocating for smart, comfortable, stylish, and eco-friendly modes of transportation, is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The selected engineer will support the internal applications group at the company and work collaboratively to drive supply chain and vehicle-production-related engineering efforts. The company is passionately working towards its mission of offsetting the world’s carbon emissions. This is a NASDAQ-listed company that has managed to secure over $9bn in funding. The ideal candidate should be able to provide an overlap with the IST time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop dynamic development tools and infrastructure
  • Establish unit and integration testing activities
  • Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to brainstorm future product roadmaps
  • Recognize technical bottlenecks and provide simplified solutions to eradicate them
  • Work with a myriad of systems and technologies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Proficient with DevOps, AWS, and Shell Scripting
  • Understanding of AWS Amplify App Setup for both-front-end and back-end, through Console and CLI
  • Experience with Bitbucket Pipelines its schedules and integration with Jira as well as Triggering manual pipelines
  • Knowledge of GitLab Selfhosted including migration of repos and pipelines from BitBucket to GitLab
  • Excellent English communication skills
