Job description

A rapidly-growing company building efficient solutions to help businesses easily integrate AI into marketing programs is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The selected candidate should be capable of striking a sufficient balance between high-quality code and getting a product shipped. The company is leveraging the power of ML and AI to help businesses generate leads, spark sales, and drive ROI. This will be a full-time, long-term role requiring 6+ hours overlap with the PST/EST time zones. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Infrastructure-as-code using Agile techniques and methodologies
  • Build automation tools and components to aid in the installation and provisioning of cloud-based infrastructure & applications in GCP
  • Collaborate with software architects, software engineers, and data scientists to ensure the stability of products and services in production
  • Automate the deployment of products and services and actively monitor to ensure uptime and effective performance 
  • Act as an escalation point to address issues with outages and operations and 
  • Proactively address issues and minimize downtime

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps engineer
  • Substantial experience with containerization, specifically Docker
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD and optimizing pipelines
  • Exposure to AWS, GCP, and other cloud environments and their various services
  • Proficiency in Go, Python, Typescript, and React
  • Good understanding of SQL/ETL pipelines, Cloud, AWS, and Linux
