A rapidly advancing startup is actively seeking a seasoned Web Back-End Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Web Back-End Developer with extensive experience, your role will be pivotal in the development and maintenance of the company's back-end infrastructure. You will take a leadership role in designing and implementing server-side logic, ensuring high performance, and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Additionally, you will be tasked with integrating front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application, requiring a comprehensive understanding of front-end technologies.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design and implementation of server-side logic using AWS, Go, and MongoDB, leveraging extensive experience and advanced skills
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end, drawing upon comprehensive experience to deliver optimal results
  • Take charge of integrating front-end elements into the application, requiring a thorough understanding of front-end technologies
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other team members and stakeholders, providing mentorship and guidance to foster team growth
  • Maintain code integrity and organization, drawing upon advanced knowledge to optimize processes
  • Understand and implement security and data protection, applying deep expertise to ensure the highest standards
  • Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages, actively contributing insights to keep the team at the forefront


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of overall experience in the tech industry, showcasing a consistent record of successful projects and leadership
  • Hands-on experience of at least 1+ years with AWS, 1+ years with Go, and 1+ years with MongoDB, demonstrating advanced proficiency in these technologies
  • Strong understanding of server-side templating languages, drawing upon extensive knowledge
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, with a history of effective use
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
