Job description

A US-based company that provides comfortable car rides on a sharing basis is looking for an Android Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the Android app alongside a team of talented engineers and designers. Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and deploy new features in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Use APIs and data from outside sources
  • Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general dependability
  • Fixing bugs and increasing the performance of the app are priorities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Knowledge of Android SDK and Kotlin
  • Experience in JSON and REST APIs Testing
  • Familiarity with Mobile App Development
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
  • Good English communication skills
