Job description

A U.S.-based company that is developing a world-class online platform that enables users to share their ideas and create content, is looking for an Android Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of designing and developing user interfaces using best practices. The company is enabling users to build and join communities of like-minded people and discuss common interests. The company has managed to raise more than $1bn during their Series F round of funding.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design the company’s interface from the ground up
  • Work autonomously and take important decisions, whenever needed
  • Be an essential part of the company’s product roadmap’s decision-making process and brainstorm ideas
  • Take initiative and do independent research to come up with creative solutions 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an Android Engineer
  • Extensive experience working with Android, Kotlin, and Data platforms
  • Solid leadership and time management skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
