Job description

A U.S.-based company that is collaborating with key players in the industry to offer them top-notch comprehensive solutions and help them boost their businesses, is looking for an Adobe Analytics Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of tracking particular user interactions, user demographics, and other pertinent dimensions while using custom eVars, props, and events. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on legal issues and client compliance simultaneously
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to complete numerous Adobe projects around the company
  • Work together with a variety of stakeholders to translate business objectives into requirements for using Adobe Analytics
  • Create a thorough tagging strategy to gather pertinent data, such as page visits, events, conversions, e-commerce transactions, and custom metrics based on business goals
  • To install and manage Adobe Analytics tags throughout the organization's online sites, use Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager or alternative tag management tools.
  • Make sure that data is collected accurately across platforms and devices
  • Utilizing debugging tools, browser extensions, and Adobe Analytics reporting interfaces, test and confirm the accuracy of the implemented tags
  • Track data inconsistencies, outliers, and gaps
  • Work together with other teams to find and fix problems with data quality
  • Create and maintain segments and classifications to obtain insightful information from unstructured data
  • To give stakeholders insight, create specialized reports, dashboards, and visualizations utilizing Adobe Analytics reporting tools
  • Analyze user behavior, user journeys, conversion funnels, and engagement data to find areas for improvement and optimization
  • To ensure the effective implementation of tracking needs and data integration, collaborate with a variety of departments, including marketing, web development, and data analytics
  • Keep thorough records of the implementation procedure, tagging plan, data sources, and any customized setups

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Prolific experience and working knowledge of Adobe Analytics
  • Strong Adobe Analytics implementation skills, including the ability to construct data layers
  • Some familiarity with Data Extraction is desirable
  • Nice to have a strong understanding of conversion variables (eVARS) with Adobe
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
