Responsabilidades Clave:
- Desarrollar y mantener sistemas back-end de alto rendimiento utilizando Go, con un enfoque en optimizar la velocidad y la escalabilidad.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de front-end para integrar de manera fluida los elementos orientados al usuario con la lógica del lado del servidor, garantizando una experiencia de usuario impecable.
- Implementar medidas de seguridad y protección de datos para salvaguardar la privacidad e integridad de los datos de los usuarios.
- Identificar y solucionar cuellos de botella y errores para mantener la eficiencia del sistema.
- Mantenerse al día con las tecnologías emergentes y aplicar actualizaciones relevantes a los sistemas existentes.
- Proporcionar orientación a los desarrolladores junior y participar activamente en revisiones de código.
Calificaciones:
- Título de Licenciatura/Maestría en Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Computación o experiencia equivalente.
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia general en desarrollo web back-end.
- Mínimo de 1+ año/s de experiencia en programación Go.
- Amplio conocimiento de estructuras de datos, algoritmos y diseño de sistemas.
- Dominio de herramientas de control de versiones de código como Git.
- Familiaridad con las prácticas de implementación e integración continua.
- Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
- Fluidez en inglés con sólidas habilidades de comunicación.

Back-End Developer
A U.S.-based company that is influencing the financial industry with their world-class cryptocurrency solutions is looking for a Back-End Developer. The developer will be in charge of building, constructing, growing, and managing production services, as well as knowing how to put together a service-oriented architecture. The company is creating a platform for cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges that will let users buy, sell, and store different types of cryptocurrencies. The company has managed to secure more than $675mn+ in funding. This position requires 6-8+ hours of overlap with the PST time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of complex system software architecture, making sure it is scalable, performant, and maintainable
- Engage in active hands-on coding, using your technical know-how to mentor and advise development teams
- Work together with stakeholders to comprehend technical and business needs so that architectural designs and strategies can be created
- Define the elements, interfaces, and interactions of the system while utilizing the proper frameworks, technologies, and patterns
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
- 3+ years of experience working with Golang
- 1+ years of experience with MongoDB or DynamoDB
- Solid understanding of working with AWS
- Nice to have Ruby/Ruby on Rails experience
- Solid experience with Single Sign On (SSO) projects is desirable
- Prior experience fintech, security, payments, etc. is preferred
- Fluent in English communication, both written and spoken
