Job description

A U.S.-based startup that is focused on helping global enterprises optimize their technology investments to overcome IT challenges and achieve business goals, is looking for a Senior Front-End-Heavy React Developer. The developer will be shaping the front-end architecture, driving project ownership, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and maintainable web solutions. Job Responsibilities:

Lead the development of user-centric web applications and features with React.js and modern JavaScript
Collaborate with the product team to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions
Implement front-end components and ensure seamless integration with back-end services/APIs
Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability
Contribute to the development and enforcement of code quality standards, including code reviews, unit testing, and E2E testing
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's growth and knowledge sharing
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and incorporate best practices into projects

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
Possess a strong foundation in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and RESTful API integration
Extensive experience working with Node.js, TypeScript, and Webpack
Nice to have some experience with state management libraries like Redux and Context API
Familiarity with back-end frameworks like Express.js is desirable
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tools like Babel is nice to have
Some experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress is desirable
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) is preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills and algorithm optimization
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Fluent in conversational and written English
