Job description

A U.S.-based startup that is focused on helping global enterprises optimize their technology investments to overcome IT challenges and achieve business goals, is looking for a Senior Front-End-Heavy React Developer. The developer will be shaping the front-end architecture, driving project ownership, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and maintainable web solutions. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of user-centric web applications and features with React.js and modern JavaScript
  • Collaborate with the product team to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions
  • Implement front-end components and ensure seamless integration with back-end services/APIs 
  • Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of code quality standards, including code reviews, unit testing, and E2E testing
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's growth and knowledge sharing
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and incorporate best practices into projects

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • Possess a strong foundation in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and RESTful API integration
  • Nice to have some experience with state management libraries like Redux and Context API
  • Familiarity with back-end frameworks like Node.js and Express.js is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of TypeScript is preferred
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tools like Webpack and Babel is nice to have
  • Some experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress is desirable
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and algorithm optimization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Fluent in conversational and written English
