Job description

A global NASQAD-listed cybersecurity company with more than 20+ years of threat intelligence and research is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer. The selected candidate will help design and build user interfaces for a next-generation security platform. The company takes pride in being a leading security platform, grounded and informed with vast real-world experience through a unique combination of cloud-native, SaaS security platforms, and intelligence-driven security solutions. This role requires a time overlap with CT and ET.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Through the platform, help advance the state-of-the-art in network defense
  • Take ideas from concept to reality and work well in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Collaborate with a team of product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and security researchers
  • Build intuitive user interfaces from the ground up using the latest web technologies
  • Communicate and present your work in a clear and simple manner
  • Work effectively in a geographically distributed team to deliver high-quality software against aggressive schedules
  • Push the boundaries of the user interface design and bring the most innovative security product concepts to life

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a UI developer or Front-End engineer
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS/Sass, GraphQL, and Typescript
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with modern Angular (latest versions)
  • Minimum of 1-year experience with Rxjs and NgRx
  • Proficiency with Git and continuous integration/continuous delivery
  • Experience using Material Design
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservice architectures 
  • Knowledge of UI security issues and best practices to prevent vulnerabilities
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about quality, usability, and performance
  • Track record of experience designing and developing innovative, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces that people love
