Job description

A fast-growing company tapping into the power of modern AI to build a cutting-edge video summarization tool is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be working closely with the CTO and the core team to build the platform’s user interface and presentation layers. The company’s world-class solutions helps users to highlight the best and most important parts of their videos, making them more seamless. This full-time position will require a significant overlap with the EST/PST/CST time zones. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the growth phase for the development of new features
  • Write workable code, tests, document, and measure useful indicators
  • Collaborate with the team to fit the UI and presentation layers in the global application design
  • Maintain and improve current features
  • Write technical documentation and document non-technical entities
  • Deliver artifacts to production according to performance, size, and stability requirements
  • Assess methods for evolving the user interface to improve UX

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • Extensive experience with Typescript and Next.js
  • Prolific experience with React
  • Nice to have experience with HTML, CSS, and JS
  • Experience with SaaS, creator tools, and video streaming is a plus
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
