Job description

The engineer will be responsible for defining the platform objectives, features, and functionality. Job Responsibilities:

  • Help to build user-friendly web applications
  • Contribute to every phase of the development process, including design, development, testing, and support
  • Collaborate with product team and stakeholders to understand and communicate progress
  • Develop ideas and produce responsive solutions for website applications
  • Help to maintain and optimize applications for maximum speed
  • Stay updated about the latest trends in the industry and drive improvements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7+ years of experience working as a front-end Engineer
  • Ability to build the front-end and integrate with back-end microservices
  • Expertise in working with JavaScript and other modern front-end frameworks like Angular, React, and Vue
  • Thorough understanding of source management through Git or Bitbucket
  • Must be able to work in an Agile environment and drive processes to achieve positive outcomes
  • Should possess a deep understanding of the entire web development process
  • Proficiency with testing frameworks will be helpful
  • Proven experience in developing responsive and cross-platform design is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effortlessly
  • Clear ideas about UI/UX design and layout
  • Familiarity with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, like LESS and SASS
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and client-side scripting
