Job description

An NYSE-listed pharmaceutical giant that has pioneered the development and creation of next-gen pharma products that have a global impact in the market is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be joining a team of talented ML/AI engineers and will be responsible for mentoring and providing guidance to developers on best industry practices. The US-based company has been operating for more than 120 years and has established its presence in over 60+ countries. This is an exciting chance for developers to work with a well-established company and make their mark. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and globally with other software teams to define specifications, features, and APIs 
  • Design, develop, and test software applications 
  • Give suggestions on how to structure app, library/components to use, planning and executing
  • Collaborate with other developers to ensure that the website is functional and visually appealing
  • Manage individual project requirements, priorities, and deliverables in a timely manner   

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • Demonstrable experience with React and related technologies
  • Prolific experience with HTML/CSS, GraphQL, Rest APIs, and Typescript
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS and some Unit testing experience
  • Nice to have some knowledge of Python, Django, and Material UI
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
