Senior Front-End Engineer

A technology-first company offering personalized investment management service APIs is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer. The engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and architecting microservices while contributing to achieving the mission of democratizing access to wealth management. Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to designing, developing, and architecting key microservices
• Utilize cloud-native technologies Kubernetes and/or Istio to build solutions
• Build services that help users to secure their financial prosperity
• Work with a creative, autonomous, and curious mindset

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
• Expertise in designing and developing scalable distributed systems and APIs using Golang
• Must be able to work with languages like Typescript, Python, and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS), AWS, Kinesis, Istio, and Jaegar is essential
• Must have an urge to establish key architectural decisions
• A deep understanding of fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
• Experience in delivering high-quality production services and systems
• Prior experience in developing products for financial services will be helpful
• Knowledge of building out fault-tolerant workflows with Temporal
• Must be able to build secure and compliant systems
• Should be a team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
