Job description

A US-based company that has managed to build a SaaS AI System used by physicians is looking to hire a Senior Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be leading a team of talented professionals and owning complex front-end challenges. The company delivers end-to-end solutions that eliminate friction points in the patient encounter during the clinic. During their Series A round, the company managed to raise more than $8mn in funding. This will be a long-term, full-time position that requires 4+ hours overlap with the PST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide feedback on code reviews
  • Lead the team on questions regarding refactoring from Angular to React
  • Produce high-quality results by leading and contributing to cross-functional projects 
  • Identify technical debt and make recommendations to tackle them

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • Demonstrable experience with React, Typescript, and Angular
  • Comfortable delegating responsibilities and managing a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
