Senior Front-End Engineer

A US-based company that focuses on tracking unscheduled radiology follow-ups through in-depth analysis is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer. The engineer will lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality products. The initial objective of the intelligent engagement platform for radiology groups was to retrieve the 39 million radiology follow-up suggestions. Customers can now spend 50% less time on administrative tasks, keep 30% more unscheduled patients, and much more thanks to the company’s innovative system. This will be a full-time, long-term position and is an exciting opportunity for developers to work on world-class technology.

• Comfortable with back-end infrastructure
• Proactively lead without explicit authority
• Do more than just executing tasks but also contribute ideas 
• Take end-to-end responsibility for projects of increasing complexity and scale
• Manage risks associated with storing and processing sensitive information/data
• Focus obsessively on security and reliability

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of proactive leadership experience
• 3+ years of engineering experience and leading development teams
• Prolific experience working with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
• Some back-end Infrastructure experience is nice to have
• Prior working experience with AWS, Docker, or Similar Cloud Environment is desirable
• Nice to have some knowledge of D3.js or other similar Data visualization frameworks
• Experience collaborating with product design / UI/UX teams to work through user stories
• Appreciate organized code and value version control, automation, and Git
• Comfortable diving into the codebase and leading by example
• Detail and process-oriented while maintaining the ability to see the big picture
• Highly collaborative and fluent in English
