Job description

A fast-growing company that is the biggest market for DNA analysis software and reports that examine test-related DNA data worldwide is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer. The selected candidate will be In charge of a team of engineers who produce high-quality code. The company's innovative technology enables clinical-grade inclusion and durability in storing, accessing, and analyzing the information in DNA. The company has managed to raise $5 mn in funding.

Job Responsibilities:

In charge of the daily creation and enhancement of a large-scale technological package
Lead a team of engineers who write high-quality code
Communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Provide 24x7 live site support for the company's services
Create outstanding user experiences that are cutting-edge, tell a narrative, and help people's lives better

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
Experience with React, Next.js, and Material UI
Experience with technical SEO-focused development, including the latest technical SEO trends and best practices
Knowledge of utilizing data (GA/GSC/Hotjar/etc.) to improve UI/UX, identify/resolve friction, optimize funnels, and improve bounce rates and conversions
Experience migrating complex e-commerce marketplace sites from a CMS such as Drupal to server-driven UI with React/Next.js
Knowledge of instilling atomic design principles using Figma and Storybook is nice to have
Understanding project timetable accuracy
Meticulous attention to detail, including stunning, pixel-perfect execution
Always researching and putting new technologies, approaches, and tools to the test
Self-motivated, determined, and in charge
Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with strict deadlines
Proficiency in English
