Job description

A US-based company helping businesses to better understand their workforce dynamics is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer. The developer will be delivering key product improvements and new features while utilizing modern development tools. The company is working on a one-of-a-kind inclusive HR database that will enable businesses to see current employee composition and trends across industries. The company has managed to secure more than $3.8mn during their Seed round of funding so far. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and integrate design features and functional capabilities
  • Enhance the end-user experience and optimize for maximum speed and scalability
  • Lead the team in the development of creating new data visualizations with D3
  • Drive the accessibility strategy and build roadmap 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in web development and D3 
  • Extensive experience in React, Redux, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, HTML
  • Demonstrable experience building and delivering React/Redux applications 
  • Prior experience working with Git/GitHub and the Gitflow workflow
  • Experience with D3 data visualizations is a plus 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
