Job description

A fast-growing platform that is revolutionizing the NFT commerce, finance, and community engagement, is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer. The selected candidate must have a keen experience designing and architecting complex applications. The company is on a mission to make blockchain solutions accessible to a broader audience and integrate technology with design thinking and customer empathy. During their Seed round, the company secured more than $18mn in funding. This will be a good opportunity for the candidate to work with Web3 libraries to facilitate blockchain transactions.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Create responsive, performant user interfaces
  • Accelerate building user experiences through your reusable pattern library 
  • Work with product managers to determine which features will be added to the platform
  • Collaborate with product designers to produce a clean UX for customers
  • Instrument the applications to find optimization opportunities with A/B tests
  • Mentor junior engineers by providing assistance and code reviews

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end or full-stack developer
  • Extensive experience with Typescript and ReactJS
  • Knowledge of Golang API, Apollo, and GraphQL Codegen
  • Familiar with ReactJS Hooks and Contexts
  • Experience with JavaScript and Typescript
  • Prior experience with Styled Components or similar CSS-in-JS library
  • Passionate about code quality
  • Familiar with TDD and Jest unit testing
  • Prior experience working with product, design, and back-end teams
  • Experience solving blockchain UX challenges
  • Experience with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, Ethereum, ethers.js, or web3.js, is nice to have
  • Experience with Truffle, Solidity, Web3, and Metamask is desirable
  • Nice to have some basic knowledge of Golang, galgen, NATs, or Kafka
