Job description

A high-growth startup that enables enterprises to accelerate operational competence while decreasing technical debt is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer. As part of the engineering team, you will create, build, and maintain the platform used by operations experts at some of the world’s biggest and most influential companies. The company is trusted by leading enterprises like Lyft, Grubhub, Crypto.com, etc., to optimize and align their operations across multiple cross-functional departments. The US-based company has successfully raised $45 mn+ in funding during the Series B round. The selected candidate will gain the support of engineering-centric founders as well as a core engineering team and will contribute efforts in developing solutions to empower business operations and IT teams to become more self-sufficient and scale with confidence.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex UI components in the product, from architecture design to implementation
  • Create complex UI infrastructure to ease the process and make the UI development more scalable and efficient
  • Collaborate with the Design, Product, QA, and Development teams to deliver an excellent, highly intuitive product
  • Help in designing and implementing a product for business operations and impact companies and people globally

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant programming experience with front-end technologies
  • Prior work experience with a product company, experienced in all aspects of client-server architecture, design, and implementation
  • Extensive experience with various web technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, Typescript
  • Core competency in React framework with a strong “pure JavaScript” background
  • Expertise in developing responsive web applications and adaptive designs
  • Familiarity with key UI/UX principles and great independent work skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Great passion for the user experience side of a product
  • High-level interest to work in a startup environment
  • Possess prolific skills as a team player and self-starter, with a high level of auto-deduction & self-management
  • Be creative, motivated, and a hard worker.
  • Positive can-do mindset, great curiosity, and eagerness to learn new things
