Job description

A VC-backed US-based company that simplifies the collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer. The selected candidate must have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and will be tasked with ideating and implementing new features from conception to execution. The company has over 150,000 active monthly users. It utilizes NFT’s such as collectibles, gaming items, domain names, digital art, and many other items backed by blockchain to provide access to millions of users. The company has also gained mentions with notable publications like the New York Times, CNN, etc., and raised more than $1.5 mn in funding during their Seed round. This will be a full-time role and requires some overlap with the EST time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance the performance of the applications
  • Build, optimize and support mission-critical user-facing systems
  • Collaborate with the design, product, and backend engineering teams to transform vision, specs, and mocks into reality
  • Elevate the user experience by building a sophisticated front-end platform using various technologies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3 - 5+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Experience in building user interfaces and delivering quality front-end experiences
  • Must be skilled with React, Typescript, and other related frameworks
  • Nice to have some experience working with Web3.js and similar technologies
  • Must be a self-starter who likes to take ownership with a continuous delivery mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
