Job description

A Silicon Valley-based company developing an online trading platform designed to offer investment services is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of improving the codebase structure and the engineering stack. The company is enabling businesses to deliver market-leading solutions to their clients faster, better, and with fewer resources in a more efficient manner. The company has successfully raised more than $65 mn in funding so far. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and troubleshoot errors
  • Improve the product quality, security, and performance through regular and rapid iterations
  • Work with a variety of systems and technologies to address issues
  • Take ownership of the product from end to end

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7+ years of relevant professional experience with Go
  • Prior payment experience
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and GraphQL
  • Comfortable working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process
  • Effective English communication skills, self-motivated and self-managing, with great organizational skills
