Job description

A US-based company operating a chain of guitar and amplifier stores across the country is looking for a Salesforce Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and performing basic upgrades on the website. The company is offering online sales of a broad selection of music products at pocket-friendly prices to users. The company has managed to securely raise more than $30mn in funding so far. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of technology solutions to meet business needs by acting as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions
  • Define system strategy, create system requirements, design, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and assist with system implementation
  • Serve as the primary technical interface between departmental management and the Application Support team, as well as third-party vendors and business leaders
  • Manage resources for ongoing development and tuning of Salesforce, Epsilon CDP, and ESP integrations, as well as Amazon Connect Call Center technology integration strategy
  • Make architectural suggestions for integration design
  • Accountable for code efficiency and data integrity across all CRM tech stack applications
  • Provide leadership in the definition of business requirements for new projects, as well as in customer service to the business community for change requests and issue research
  • Support and coordinate the design, implementation, and maintenance of vendor-supplied application systems to ensure the applications' acceptance and proper use
  • Implement SDLC, PCI, CCPA, and SOX compliance in all aspects of application development
  • Maintain the integration team's policies, standards, and governance model
  • Supervise the source code repository and practices
  • Maintain and deploy integration artifacts and configurations with a high level of integrity and effective controls
  • Ensure that the various vendor platforms are maintainable, scalable, upgradeable, and flexible

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a salesforce developer
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing a workstream on enterprise implementations is a must
  • 3+ years of experience with the complete cycle of Salesforce implementation
  • Knowledge of clouds like the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and Integration Cloud is required
  • Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) or like technologies is a must
  • Experience with any Call center technologies, preferably Amazon Connect, is a must
  • Required Experience with Source Control tools Git, Bit bucket, Aura Framework, Lightning Component, and Salesforce Lightning Design System
  • Hands-on experience in managing customer journey emails and call strategies using any industry-standard Customer Data Platform and Email Service provider
  • Epsilon experience is a plus
