Job description

A US-based company on a mission to provide customers with reliable mental health care solutions for families is looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer. The developer will be reporting directly to the CTO and working closely with clinical, data science, and product teams. By making the healthcare system work for families, the company is empowering them to obtain professional treatment when they need it. This will be a full-time position that will help developers to elevate their careers to new heights. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in team in revolutionizing the treatment of mental health conditions for kids and teens
  • Be a part of a collaborative and data-driven team to create a scalable and integrated model in mental health for kids and teens
  • Build and scale the AI/ML-enabled care delivery and care optimization platform
  • Develop novel applications in pediatric mental health
  • Work with the clinical, data science, and product teams to build iterative features 
  • Assist in building and deploying Rails applications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a Ruby on Rails developer 
  • Nice to have experience in AWS
  • Demonstrable experience in healthcare is nice to have
  • Working experience in building architected systems 
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
