Job description

A US-based FinTech firm that helps businesses across the world to find the best funding options, is looking for a MEAN/MERN Full-stack Developer. The developer will be helping to shape the company’s current and future product development by converting the product roadmap into a reality. The company utilizes cutting-edge technologies in order to help small businesses with their funding and manage financial risks. The company has provided more than 7bn in loans and funding and has raised more than $380mn in funding so far. This is a rare opportunity for candidates to join a fast-growing tech savvy team, where they will play a major role in developing market leading FinTech products.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in developing market leading fintech products and applications
  • Collaborate with the team to build a next-gen financial services business model
  • Use cutting edge technologies to build highly performant software products
  • Help shape the company’s current and future product development by converting the product roadmap into a reality
  • Resolve complex challenges faced by the product development teams as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-6 years of product development experience working on large scale systems with high-performance and high-volume requirements
  • At least 6 months to 5 years of development experience participating in the complete product development life cycle
  • Proficient with the Mean stack (MongoDB, Angular.js, Node.js, Express.js)
  • Working knowledge of Python will be an added advantage
  • Working experience of data modeling and RESTful APIs/Soap APIs
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms and design patterns
  • Previous experience working in a product-based company is desirable
  • Experience in building enterprise web applications would be a plus
  • Ability to work independently with a willingness to grow and learn continuously
