Uma empresa sediada nos EUA, que é pioneira em pesquisas e tecnologias de inteligência artificial (IA) que elevam os padrões de segurança do setor, está procurando contratar um Engenheiro de Software. O engenheiro terá que assumir a responsabilidade de garantir que o trabalho se encaixe perfeitamente com os demais elementos, caso as consultas de pesquisa façam parte de um projeto maior. A empresa está criando sistemas nos quais as pessoas podem confiar e está elaborando pesquisas sobre os potenciais benefícios e perigos da IA, a fim de aumentar a segurança de sistemas de inteligência artificial em grande escala, de forma que eles sejam confiáveis, interpretáveis e orientáveis. Ela conseguiu arrecadar mais de US$3,1 bilhões em investimentos até agora. Responsabilidades:
- Demonstrar um vasto conhecimento sobre Python a fim de navegar com eficiência na codebase e avaliar as funcionalidades, organização e eficácia do código
- Compreensão abrangente sobre os métodos e estratégias de pesquisa para conduzir pesquisas em toda a codebase, a fim de localizar variáveis, funções ou classes específicas, detectar códigos redundantes ou ineficazes, etc.
- Assumir a responsabilidade pela resolução de problemas, debugging e encontrar soluções para quaisquer problemas ou erros que surjam durante a verificação da fonte
- Construir prompts de resposta confiáveis e eficientes, escrevendo scripts ou algoritmos que responderão automaticamente a determinadas entradas ou perguntas do usuário
- Manter ou otimizar a codebase a fim de garantir a sua eficácia e desempenho, o que inclui atualizações regulares de software, otimização de código por meio de refatoração e revisões contínuas de código
- Registrar os resultados e ações da consulta de maneira mais abrangente para referência futura
- Reportar regularmente os resultados do trabalho em equipe ao gerente de projeto ou líder da equipe
- Manter-se atualizado sobre os lançamentos e recursos mais recentes do Python para saber como a equipe está refinando e simplificando seus esforços em toda a codebase
Requisitos:
- Bacharelado ou Mestrado em Engenharia ou Ciência da Computação (ou experiência equivalente)
- Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência relevante como engenheiro de software
- Vasta experiência trabalhando com Python, JavaScript e TypeScript
- É desejável ter algum conhecimento sobre Java e C#
- Ótimas habilidades de colaboração e gerenciamento de tempo
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação em inglês

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CTO to conceive, create, and implement new functionalities
- Create features that are aimed toward users
- Construct front-end libraries and reusable components for further use
- Components should be optimized for optimal performance on web-capable devices and browsers
- Make use of and contribute to our pipelines for continuous delivery and integration
- Record development stages and keep an eye on systems
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
- Strong familiarity with JavaScript, particularly object modeling and DOM manipulation
- comprehensive knowledge of the fundamentals of Next.js and React.js.
- In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with popular front-end development technologies like Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc
- Prior experience with cloud architecture and applications, ideally on AWS
- Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and detail-oriented abilities
- Good team player with an ability to work well with others in a group
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
