Job description

A U.S.-based corporation that is helping insurance companies to discover the value in their unstructured data is looking for a Solutions Engineer. The engineer will be participating in knowledge sharing with the rest of the team and building shared tooling for other engineers. The company’s data pipeline helps customers speed up the commercial insurance application process and provide the market with more accurate data. The company has managed to secure more than $30mn during their Series C round of funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client discovery calls to understand, design, and install customized solutions
  • Collaborate and strategize with the sales team to create customized solutions for targeted products
  • Testing/maintaining existing systems, troubleshooting problems, and fixing bugs
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients to conduct follow-ups post-installation
  • Support cross-functional teams with brainstorming new innovations and solving technical queries

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions Engineer
  • Proficiency with Python and SQL
  • Energetic and self-motivated 
  • Great command of spoken and written English communication
