Job description

An emerging company that is steadily building a top-tier line of investment products and financial solutions to help DAOs grow is looking for a Smart Contracts Engineer. The engineer will collaborate with a diverse team and deliver against an ambitious product roadmap. The company enables DAOs to manage their treasury with a transparent, open, and decentralized protocol. This will be a full-time, long-term position that requires some overlap with the CST time zone. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop Solana programs in Rust utilizing Anchor framework
  • Work alongside full-stack and front-end engineers to build products and features
  • Help to build Rust libraries to enable easy integrations with other protocols
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites for programs
  • Perform thorough code reviews to test security protocols and quality

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience working as a Smart Contracts Engineer
  • 2 years of professional software engineering experience using languages like Rust, C++, and/or C
  • Proven experience developing smart contracts using Solana
  • Must possess excellent communication ability (verbal and written)
  • Thorough understanding of information security
  • Should be a self-starter capable of contributing under high uncertainty in novel environments
  • Bonus points if you’re a defi-degen or shitcoin-slinger
