Senior Smart Contracts Engineer

A rapidly-growing Crypto finance company developing an advanced line of financial tools and investment products designed specifically for DAOs, is looking for a Senior Smart Contracts Engineer. The selected candidate will be working with a wide range of systems and technologies and solving problems from end to end. The company's line of services takes care of the finances and enables DAOs to focus on their mission. This will be a long-term full-time role that requires some overlap with the CST time zone. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop Solana programs using Rust and Anchor framework
• Perform peer code reviews to ascertain security protocols and quality
• Work closely with full-stack and front-end programmers to build products and features
• Increase team productivity by improving development lifecycle
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Smart Contracts Engineer
• 4 years of software engineering experience in working with languages like Rust, C++, or C
• Knowledge of Solana is not mandatory but will be helpful
• Must have excellent communication skills especially written
• Basic understanding of information security best practices and protocols
• Must be able to work independently while operating under high uncertainty in novel environments
