Job description

An emerging company developing a SaaS-based staff monitoring software that provides businesses with real-time corporate data is looking for a Senior C++ Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of building scalable features that will help to accelerate the products while delivering on multiple competing priorities. The platform uses advanced technology to consolidate productivity data and perform manual analysis. The company has raised more than $45k+ in funding during their pre-seed round. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of technical projects and processes
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members to deliver efficiently
  • Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end web architecture

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5-8+ years of relevant experience developing C++ applications
  • Extensive experience with OS level API communication (Windows, Mac, and Linux)
  • Experience with SQLLite, Realtime communication, and RestAPI
  • Familiarity with Windows service development and Windows Win32 library
  • Knowledge of Modern CMake and Mac OS X systems
  • Competency in cross-platform C++ development
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
