Enterprise AI proves itself not on a leaderboard, but inside the workflows that teams run every quarter. This week we highlight how Turing helped a global commercial real estate research organization build a multi-agent reporting platform that cut report generation from days to minutes across 82+ markets and delivered an 80% productivity improvement for its research team. We also celebrate our Enterprise AI Pop-Up Office in Bangalore, a day of in-person collaboration with our local team. And we explore our CEO's case for the Real-World Frontier and the data-deployment loop, a benchmark showing that the best coding agent writes code that is both functional and secure only a quarter of the time, and new research on evolving agent scaffolding that keeps security gains from being traded away.
What we're delivering
This week, we're highlighting how Turing helped a global commercial real estate research organization build a fully AI-driven, end-to-end research reporting platform, cutting quarterly report generation from days to minutes across 82+ global markets.
Here's what's inside:
- A five-agent reporting pipeline running in a hybrid sequential and parallel model to minimize latency, with agents handling narrative generation, tone normalization, structure, data and unit checks, and final validation, plus automatic regeneration whenever validation fails
- Grounded, governed data pulled from the client's Snowflake warehouse through reusable, parameterized SQL templates, so every report traces back to approved source data
- Human-in-the-loop governance with both AI outputs and human edits stored in full revision history, shifting researchers from primary authors to reviewers and approvers, backed by end-to-end tracing and a horizontally scaling AWS infrastructure
💡 The platform delivered an 80% productivity improvement, freeing 80+ researchers for higher-value research and strategy while keeping formatting, branding, and numerical accuracy consistent across every market.

🔬 Need better eval data this quarter?
Turing’s off-the-shelf (OTS) datasets are built for teams that need verifiable, high-signal data where frontier models still break — across multimodal STEM, HLE++ STEM, coding evaluation, and rubric-based reasoning.
Use them for reward modeling, RL post-training, outcome-supervised fine-tuning, frontier benchmarking, and failure-mode analysis.
What we're celebrating
🎉Our Enterprise AI Pop-Up Office in Bangalore
Our Enterprise AI team came together with our local HRBP team in Bangalore for a day of meaningful meetings, collaboration, and momentum. Beyond the work itself, it was a chance to connect in person, strengthen relationships, and build a real sense of belonging across the team. Thank you to everyone who made it such an incredible day!
What we're reading
- There's a New AI Frontier Turing CEO Jonathan Siddharth argues the AI frontier is no longer defined by public benchmark scores, but by the Real-World Frontier: settling trades, closing the books, and reviewing contracts without missing the clause that matters. Today's models are jagged there, ready on a leaderboard but not for a fund controller's month-end close.
His answer is the data-deployment loop: find where models break in production, build environments and verifiers that reproduce the failure, retrain, and redeploy. Like doctors in residency, models learn from every case, and closing that loop is how labs win enterprise adoption and how enterprises build reliable, proprietary intelligence. - Last Secure Code Benchmark: Is the Code You Vibe Secure? Researchers working with Alibaba introduce LSCBench, a benchmark of 450 tasks built from 150 real-world vulnerabilities across seven languages and 24 CWE categories. Task prompts ask only for working functionality, then hidden graders replay the original exploit against the agent's code.
The gap is stark. Six frontier coding agents passed 73.6% to 91.3% of functional tests, but the best agent produced code that was both functional and secure on only 25.1% of tasks, a reminder that passing tests and being safe to ship are two very different bars. - Harmony Harness: Evolving Secure Agent Scaffolding Google Cloud AI Research, Google DeepMind, and Carnegie Mellon introduce Harmony Harness, a framework that automatically evolves the scaffolding around LLM agents. Rather than blending everything into one score, it treats security and functionality as separate objectives and searches for the best tradeoffs between them.
On SecRepoBench and BaxBench, evolved harnesses scored more than 10 percentage points higher than strong single-objective baselines, and their security gains held up better on unseen tasks. The takeaway for agent builders: when security is folded into a single metric, optimizers tend to trade it away.
