Job description

A U.S.-based company that is working to elevate medical technology to new heights with their revolutionary solutions is looking for a WebGL/Rust Engineer. The engineer will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to help speed up their web graphics project. The company is working on cutting-edge technology with the intention of eventually blending medical and consumer electronics. Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-quality user-facing products
  • Review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the projects
  • Help to improve the code quality by writing unit tests, automation, and performing code reviews
  • Design and build low-latency, reliable, and highly performant applications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Demonstrable experience working with WebGL and Rust
  • Knowledge of WebAssembly and React wrapper code
  • Extensive prior experience optimizing code performance
  • Excellent English skills, both conversational and written
