Job description

A fast-growing company providing innovative enterprise software for the home improvement industry is looking for a Umbraco Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for working with web applications, developing and maintaining Umbraco-based websites, and more. The company is currently supporting home improvement programs for various leading national retailers, and providing a wide range of products including HVAC, flooring, countertops, bath remodeling, etc. with minimal investment or operational responsibility. This is a great opportunity for those who would like to contribute to building solutions that increase work efficiency. It is a full-time role that requires a minimum of 4 hours daily overlap with EST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to present big, innovative solutions and deliver results with urgency
  • Develop highly scalable and efficient Umbraco-based solutions
  • Operate with autonomy in highly ambiguous situations
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet targets
  • Optimize and scale the existing application for maximum speed and scalability

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in developing scalable software solutions
  • Working experience with SharePoint is nice to have 
  • Prior experience with any other CMS would be helpful
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
