Technical Lead for Data Migration

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in an ongoing project focused on data and user migration between legacy infrastructure and a greenfield Azure-based cloud segment. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the data and user migration efforts from legacy infrastructure to a new Azure-based structure
• Handle large volume data and user migration with precision and efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process
• Collaborate with the project team to achieve functional and non-functional business needs
• Adopt best practices, including involvement in code reviews and adherence to CI/CD pipelines
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience in backend development or data engineering, with explicit data and user migration experience
• Expertise in Data Migration and MS Azure.
• Prior experience working with large volumes of data
• Proven leadership skills with prior experience in a lead role will be a plus
• Experience with SQL, Kubernetes, and CICD pipelines will be preferred
• Springboot familiarity is nice to have
• Excellent conversational and written English communication skills
