Job description

A fast-growing company providing technology to the current out-of-home sector that significantly improves the buying, selling, and management of digital signage media, is looking for a Support Engineer. The engineer will be helping the team to triage production issues, execute fixes, and write scripts to perform support tasks. The US-based company is turning movement data into actionable insights about consumer behavior. They have managed to raise more than $2.5mn in funding so far. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Work on improving application performance, speed, and scalability
  • Build scalable, responsive, and well-documented stacks
  • Guide the team through technical issues and challenges

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience working as a software engineer 
  • Demonstrable experience working with SQL, Python, and JIRA
  • Support/escalation work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
