Job description

The selected candidate will be working together with analytics groups to comprehend business needs and convert them into functional technology solutions. Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to the creation and advancement of using MS Dynamics Dataverse data outside of Dynamics
Assist the team in utilizing Microsoft Dynamics to its fullest
Make use of excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities while being able to completely own, design, and construct some of the answers
In order to support the team, take the lead in conducting the necessary research and learning new skills
Pay special attention to Microsoft Fabric and its recent integrations with the Dynamics Dataverse
Provide Microsoft Dynamics technical help and direction, including converting configuration and modification into the underlying tables
Give advice on the best practices for Dynamics that come out of the box versus customization
Have a thorough understanding of the relationships between Dataverse tables and be able to create and manage efficient data models to guarantee that data is used correctly
To extract, convert, and load data from Dataverse into other external data systems, such Microsoft Fabric/Synapse, develop data integration solutions
Create, put into practice, and oversee data pipelines that load, extract, and transform data while maintaining data security and integrity
Develop plans for efficiently reintegrating data from outside platforms back into Dataverse
Maintain information accuracy and data consistency across all platforms
Look into using PowerApps Tables to expose and utilize Dataverse data as views in MicrosoftFabric, and assist in putting them into practice
Collaborate with Microsoft and outside consultants to set up enough Dynamics/Fabric authorizations to meet our data requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience working with MS Synapse Analytics and MSDynamics/Dataverse
Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Prolific experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Azure Synapse
Extensive experience working with Azure Data Factory and PowerApps
Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric/Synapse Azure Data Factory, Pipelines, Notebooks, and other tools for dealing with Dynamics data outside of Dataverse
Ability to establish trusting working connections with technical and business teams
Demonstrated proficiency with Dataverse, Microsoft Dynamics, and data integration
Strong knowledge of Dataverse's table relationships and data modeling
Proficiency using Synapse to work with data
Extensive knowledge of reintegration and data migration techniques
Expertise and familiarity with Snowflake is desirable
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
Must be self-driven and passionate about remaining up-to-date with emerging technologies and market trends
Fluent in conversational and written English communication skills
