Job description

A U.S.-based company on a mission to provide state-of-the-art enterprise-level e-commerce development services is looking for a Senior Magento Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing product requirements and writing clean, efficient, robust, and reusable code. The company helps businesses harness the internet's potential to increase sales, cut expenses, and boost their presence in the worldwide market. This position requires 4+ hours of overlap with the PST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend the Magento catalog structure and explain the architecture and overview
  • Solve technical issues with good design and implementation
  • Contribute development ideas to the technical roadmap
  • Create a long-term, sustainable impact on the stack's direction

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer 
  • Extensive experience in Magento 2 API (GraphQL and REST)
  • Solid understanding of AWS and MySQL
  • Ability to develop customized PHP solutions for Magento software
  • A minimum of 3+ years of PHP/Web development experience
  • At least 2-4+ years of Magento 2 development experience
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
