Job description

A rapidly-growing company on a mission to bridge the gap between DeFi and gaming while providing ancillary revenue to customers is looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer. The selected candidate will oversee the current projects and provide technical support where necessary. The US-based company is developing a daily fantasy sports-style movie game with an in-game token for the gaming platform. This is an excellent opportunity for developers to work with a diverse team of professionals.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist in providing technical support wherever necessary for the ongoing crypto/blockchain-related projects 
  • Lead the hiring of additional technical resources for upcoming projects, proof code, and strategize with the leadership team
  • Work as a strong team player, collaborator, and an effective communicator
  • Assist in hiring and leading junior devs through various projects

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer 
  • Working experience with NextJS and Web3.js for contract and wallet integrations on sale/liquidity pages
  • Prior experience in Vercel for deployment (CD3D.app) and DevOps
  • Experience developing and debugging smart contracts in Solidity
  • Backend development experience, including DevOps
  • Hands-on experience in blockchain and smart contract development
  • Extensive experience in Adobe XD, Invision, and Slack
  • Assist in sourcing and onboard junior devs and contractors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
