Job description
An NYSE-listed company, operating for more than a century, is looking for a Python Manual and Unit Tester. The selected candidate will be responsible for manual and unit testing while also contributing innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions. The global pharmaceutical giant is active in over 60+ countries and has been revolutionizing the medical science and health tech industry with next-gen technologies and research. The company has a net worth of over $435 bn. This role presents a rare opportunity for the selected candidate to join a renowned, industry-leading enterprise. It requires an 8+ hours overlap with the PST time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write test cases in Python and C#
- Evaluate bugs in unit test results and fix issues if any
- Adapt to changing needs, adjusted processes, and ambiguity
- Ensure top quality code; practice code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, manual tests, and end-to-end tests in a continuous integration environment
- Write readable, scalable, and high-quality code
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
- Extensive knowledge of Python and related technologies
- Experience with Manual testing and writing Unit Tests in C#
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of collaborating efficiently with team members but also working independently

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of complex system software architecture, making sure it is scalable, performant, and maintainable
